Family and friends of Caylee Anthony gathered Sunday night for a prayer vigil.

It's been five days since the search for the toddler began.

"Wherever she is may she feel the Holy Spirit come around her," a woman said.

The Anthony family bowed their heads in prayer at a vigil held in front of their home with people who seek the safe return of their granddaughter.

Cindy Anthony, the girl's grandmother, said she's appreciative.

"This is what I needed to energize myself, and I'm just overwhelmed and very thankful that everybody is here," Cindy Anthony said.

More than 60 people showed up to pray for comfort for the family and reassure them they'll be OK.

"Your whole life just stops, it seems like, because it's someone you know. It's your friends; it's family. Even though they're not my blood family, they feel like family," neighbor Rebecca Hoeschen said.

Authorities said they've had about 100 tips, but none of them have developed. Forensics experts are expected to finish processing Casey Anthony's 1998 Pontiac in the next couple of days.

Orange County Sheriff's Office spokesman Carlos Padilla said they're at a crossroads in the case.

"What we're going to do (Monday) is sit down and debrief and try to see what direction, what changes we need to make to try to go in a different direction and hope that we can find little Caylee," Padilla said.

The Anthonys admit there is no guarantee that Caylee will be returned to them, but they said there is strength in numbers and that gives them better odds.
